Cangzhou Hourong Pipeline Anti-corrosion and Insulation Co., Ltd is located in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China, the famous steel pipe production base. We are a large integrated enterprise engaged in R&D and manufacturing of double-sided submerged arc spiral welded steel pipes, straight seam welded pipes, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation steel pipes.
Our factory covers an area of 150 mu. With convenient transportation, nearby Huanghua Port and Tianjin Port, it is very convenient for sea export. We have 4 spiral steel pipe production lines and 2 straight seam welded pipe lines. The annual output of spiral welded pipe reaches 60,000 tons, and straight seam pipe 50,000 tons. We also built a large anti-corrosion & insulation workshop with advanced production lines for 3PE coating and PU thermal insulation pipes.
We own an independent testing laboratory, equipped with X-ray real-time imaging, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, hydrostatic testing machine and other complete testing equipment. Our products have passed ISO, AAA, API and other certifications.

1. Coated Plastic Composite Steel Pipe
Epoxy coated steel pipe / PE coated pipe, size DN15-DN2500. Used for drinking water, seawater, chemical buried pipeline, cable protection. Service life can reach more than 50 years underground.
2. 3PE / TPEP Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe
3-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion pipe for buried oil, gas and water transmission pipeline. TPEP pipe: outer 3PE + inner fusion bonded epoxy coating, perfect for long-distance water & oil pipeline.
3. Polyurethane Pre-insulated Pipe
Used for district heating & cooling network. Working temperature ≤140℃. Structure: steel pipe + PU foam insulation + HDPE outer casing.
4. Steel Sleeve Steel Steam Insulation Pipe
For high temperature steam pipeline, max working temperature up to 350℃. Available in internal sliding and external sliding types. Supporting fittings: elbow, tee, reducer, fixed joint, drain device etc.
5. Internal Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe
IPN8710 drinking water anti-corrosion pipe, epoxy coal tar pitch anti-corrosion pipe, cement mortar lining pipe for water supply.
